Admission
We keep the group intentionally small. Every application is reviewed to curate the room: seniority, mix of industries and honest AI challenges.

- If your profile is aligned, we may invite you to a short 15-minute call to answer questions and confirm whether the retreat is a good fit.
- Shortlisted applicants will be asked for a €300 refundable deposit to reserve their seat before final admission and booking are confirmed.
- Final logistics, programme details, booking agreement and full payment process are shared with selected participants.

- Retreat: June 2026 (Friday–Sunday; exact dates with selected applicants)
Expected Investment and Deposit
Final investment will depend on the selected venue and cohort size. Expected range: €3,000–€4,000.
This is planned as an all-inclusive experience, including accommodation, meals, Airport transfers, curated sessions and private cohort.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked for a €300 refundable deposit to reserve their seat before final admission and booking are confirmed.
The deposit is fully refundable if you are not selected, if the retreat does not proceed, or at any point before the booking agreement is signed by both the organiser and the participant.
Full terms will be shared clearly before any transfer is requested. There is no payment flow on this page.
