No. It is designed for senior HR and People leaders. Expect strategy, decisions, peer challenge and adoption — not engineering training.
Who is it for?
CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, VP People and senior leaders responsible for HR transformation, HR technology or AI adoption with real organisational influence.
What level of English is required?
The programme is English-led and Spanish-friendly. Main sessions run in English. Informal conversation may happen in Spanish. You should be comfortable contributing to professional discussions in English.
How many people will attend?
The group is limited to 15 senior HR leaders. Organisers and facilitators keep the full room under or close to 20.

The €1,250 rate applies to the first 5 people who are approved and confirm under the stated terms — not simply the first five emails submitted.

We review your application. Strong fits are invited to a 15-minute admission conversation. If you are approved, you receive terms and may be asked for a refundable deposit before final booking.
What is the selection process?
Admission looks at responsibility, the challenge you bring, openness, and what you can add to the room — not title or company size alone.
Can my company pay?

What is the €200 deposit?
Applying requires no payment. After the admission conversation and approval, a €200 refundable deposit may be asked to hold your place. It is credited against the ticket. Full terms are shared before any transfer.
What happens after the retreat?
The ticket includes one facilitated digital check-in approximately 30 days later. There is no ongoing community obligation as part of the 2026 offer.
How are sponsors involved?
A small number of relevant partners may support the environment. They do not get participant data, product demos or sales pitches inside the programme.
